Terms of service
The rules between you and archiTechture Group LLC for using eu-inf. Written to be read; the short version of each point comes first.
Version of 7 October 2026.
1. What the service is
eu-inf lets you chat with Kolibri-1, an open-weight language model published by Aleph Alpha, on servers we run in the EU. eu-inf is an independent service of archiTechture Group LLC and is not affiliated with Aleph Alpha. The model may be replaced or updated; the service tells you which model answers.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility until you tell us the account was taken over.
- One account per person. You can delete your account at any time on the account page; that removes it with every chat.
3. Free use, plans and payment
- Free: a first question without an account on the start page, and 10 messages a day with a free account. We may change these numbers.
- Pro and Max: 300 or 1500 messages a day, both with the model's reasoning mode, for the monthly prices shown on the account page, VAT included where it applies. A plan renews monthly until you cancel. You can switch between the two at any time; the difference is charged or credited for the rest of the period. You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the close of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged again.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices can change for future periods; we tell you by email at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before the change applies.
- Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described on the withdrawal page. Because the plan starts as soon as you pay, you are asked at checkout to agree to the immediate start and to the loss of that right once it begins.
4. Fair use
The daily limits and the limit on replies written at the same time are part of the service. Do not work around them, do not use scripts or automation to send messages, do not share or resell access, and do not use the free first question or the puzzles that protect it as a way to get unlimited free use.
5. What you may not do
- Break the law, or make the service produce content that does: in particular sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, harassment of real people, malware, or content that infringes other people's rights.
- Enter other people's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
- Attack the service, probe it for weaknesses without our consent, or try to extract the model or its weights through the service.
- Present the model's output as the statement of a person where that misleads others.
If an account breaks these rules, we may limit or close it. Where it is reasonable, we warn you first.
6. What the model writes
Replies are generated by a machine. They can be wrong, outdated, biased or inappropriate, and they are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Check facts that matter. You are responsible for how you use a reply. As between you and us, what you type is yours, and you may use the replies you receive; whether a reply is free of third-party rights is something neither we nor the model can promise.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times, but we do not promise it. There may be maintenance, outages, and limits on busy days. We may change features, limits and the model, and we may stop the service altogether; paid periods that cannot be delivered are refunded proportionally.
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of obligations the contract depends on, and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be contracted away.
9. Ending the contract
You can end it at any time by deleting your account. We can end it with reasonable notice, and without notice if you break these terms seriously. A paid period that you have not used because we ended the contract without your fault is refunded proportionally.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies, with the new text. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date. Using the service after the date means the new terms apply.
11. Law, disputes, contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Questions and complaints: hello@eu-inference.com.
